Oh man. What I connected with most was the idea of eating consciously. Such a rare event. I chose to sit alone reading this while unconsciously eating an ice cream sandwich. I guess it helps to be more than 100 ft from your kids to drop bad habits. It did taste good though. And I loved getting to live vicariously through your writing. ❤️
