Lord, this is so good, more than good enough, but who cares, right? Seriously, thank you for the reminder.

I am moderating an online community for women called World's Okayest Moms. Good enough allows for our wellness...... Love Winnicott and what we can do in the present day to expand on his theoretical ideas and really put them into practice. I think moms pressure other moms to overdo and we do the comparison game which only keeps us separate from each other and lonely. Supporting each other's wellness and honesty needs to be our primary focus. If we do that, we can parent from the heart. Loving your writing!

I want to be part of that community! The thing that centers me the most if having a few role models who I KNOW are fabulous moms and who don't get caught up in the self-doubt and comparing. They are good anchors for me. It's hard to live your life as a woman who never feels ______ enough, as our culture trains us to do, and then throw the experience of parenting on top of that frame.
